J. Kings Food Service Professionals is commited to providing top of the line support to our customers, which is why we have launched a new support application that allows one of our Technical Support Team to connect to our clients PC's via a secure online connection.

If you are currently a J. Kings customer or employee, and need any type of computer assistance or
Link-King Internet training, please call our Technical Support Team to begin a support session. If a member of our support team deams a remote connection necessary, please return to this page and follow the instructions below.

Log-In Instructions

  • Step 1: Your J. Kings Technical Support representative will provide you with a unique connection code. Please enter the code in the field below and click the 'Click Here' button to initiate the screen-sharing session.
  • Step 2: You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
  • Step 3: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
  • Step 4: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
