or quality issues upon receiving produce into inventory.

• Our Produce Buyer calls the shipper to research availability if high quality
product, or if shipment requires quality alert labels.

• Quality Control applies WOW labels to produce shipments if exceptional,
and Quality Alert labels if the quality is poor.

• ISS and OSS are notified if the produce lot has been labeled of poor quality.

• Our Produce Buyer works with our marketing team to create a blast email,
if the produce quality is exceptional, and a produce alert email with a post to the
J.Kings website, if the quality is poor.
