HACCP Compliance - HACCP , or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points • J.Kings conducts hazard analysis of it’s facility to identify critical control points to monitor food quality, and in return established critical limits for each control point, which are monitored and recorded daily to establish corrective actions when needed.
